Nothing new. Everyone does it. But hey it’s a good band-wagon to jump on.
A new year. A fresh start. A time to dream big, strive for the best, and be a part of something bigger than yourself.
I know you are suppost to choose relistic and obtainable goals so that you don’t give up on day 2, but I also like life changing actions. I don’t want to live a life of mediocraty and complacency – I want radical and life changing. However, i do want to accomplish my goals and I want to teach my boys to follow through and give whole-heartedly to the things they set their minds to and believe in. Hopefully that is what my family and I are able to do with our New Year Resolutions – meld life changing and obtainable together!
My New Year Resolutions:
1 – Run 1 mile each day
2 – Post on my blog each week
My Boys New Year Resolutions (I helped them out a little)
JC
1 – Go to preschool
2 – Potty Train
Micah
1 – Stay healthy
2 – Fall asleep in my own bed
For both boys I started a nightly prayer journal that I can write what we pray about before bed. Each month we will have a focused country/people group that we will pray for as well. I’m so excited about this project!
As a family our goal for this year will be to continue to live out our Family Mission Statement statement – and above all else…
LOVE GOD and LOVE PEOPLE!
This year…LIVE it with intentional love and passion!
Blessings this New Year!
